Who is Véronique Morali?

After she graduated from Sciences Po and ESCP, Véronique Morali undertook a Maîtrise in Business Law. Upon graduating from the ENA she joined the Inspection générale des finances (French public body for policy analysis) that she left in 1990 to join Marc de Lacharrière at the beginning of Fimalac.

As a Board member and the General manager of Fimalac from 1990  to 2007, she played a major role in the definition of the group's strategy and international expansion.

She is now the CEO of Fimalac Développement. In 2008, she founded the editorial website terrafemina.com, as well as a firm called « TF-Co », specialized in business services.

In 2013, Véronique Morali has become the CEO of Webedia —just acquired by Fimalac— including Allociné, TFco / Terrafemina, 750g, jeuxvideo.com, easyvoyage.com...

Véronique Morali is also the founder of the non-profit Force Femmes, which aims at supporting women over 45 to find a job, and she is the co-founder of Women Corporate Directors Paris (a network of women board members).

She is a board member of Publicis Groupe, Cie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, Coca Cola Entreprises, and SNCF.

Véronique Morali is a member of the Board of the Forum d'Avignon.
