An original scenography invited the participants to savor the history of Paris through different recipes, from 1200 to today: from the hot pâté, spicy beef cheeks (1392) to the chocolate fondant (1980) via the fish profiterole (1656) … The flavors became the support of a sensitive walk in the strata of the capital’s history.
