Patrick Béhar is a partner in the Paris office of Bain & Company and heads the firm’s Media and Entertainment Practice in Europe and the Middle East. He has served the industry for more than 18 years, on multiple continents and across the stakeholder spectrum of content producers, broadcasters, consumer and professional publishers, music majors, movie studios, as well as new media.
Patrick Béhar is a widely-recognized expert in the media and entertainment industry for his work in the areas of business model innovation and growth strategy. He routinely advises chief executives and their organizations on key topics including: developing differentiated competitive models, finding new ways of sustainable and profitable growth, seeking out and leveraging the most attractive customer segments, and increasing advertising revenues. Mr. Béhar works closely with his clients to implement practical strategies that create real and lasting results.
He earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds dual master’s degrees in economics and statistics from ENSAE in France. He is also a graduate member of the French Actuarial Society.
