Who is Agnès Grangé?

Agnès Grangé

Regional Officer, La Poste Group / Leader of Bordeaux Métropole's application to the French Tech label

After graduating with a diploma in financial management and discussing group strategy with one of the directors of La Poste, Agnes Grangé decided to join the group in 1993.

She has since then had numerous management responsibilities for La Poste in the fields of auditing and operational control. She was soon working in various capacities involved with transforming the group: decentralisation, organisation, and social dialogue at corporate headquarters in Paris as well as other French regions.

She took part in the creation of the Banque Postale at corporate headquarters before her appointment as Human Resources Manager for Eastern France, then Bank Operations Manager for Brittany, then Regional Group Delegate.

Thanks to her varied professional background, she has acquired considerable skills with regard to regional development, new collaborative economic modes, innovation, and digital technology.

Lead manager for the Bordeaux region's French Tech candidature, she is also a founder member and presently Vice-President of the Aquitaine Region Digital Hub.

She is a member of the CESER regional economic, social and environmental council in the chamber of commerce and industry category.

A member of the Board of Directors of Kedge business school and the Aquitaine association of universities and higher education institutions, she is also president of La Poste's Midi-Atlantique apprentice training centre.
