The Admical, the organization which promotes private patronage, annually awards initiatives. In 2011, the jury awarded the Fondation Culture et Diversité created five years ago by Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, also president of Fimalac. There is only one step from the love of culture, the patronage projects and the economic investment in relation with the intimate conscience of what can culture bring to the economy and the society, especially in terms of social cohesion and conviviality. Hence, next to his foundation, Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière invested with Fimalac in the management of shows with music concert managers (40 % of Gilbert Coullier Production and 40 % of Auguri productions), but also in the exploitation of concert halls with the group Vega and casinos with 40% of the group Lucien Barrière. In all, 2500 concerts, shows or festivals are organized every year by organizations in which Fimalac is present.
